If your rug arrives with creases, there are several ways to make them disappear: 1) Reverse roll the rug and let it sit for a day or two; 2) Flatten the rug by applying weight; 3) Apply carpet tape; 4) Place the rug outside in the sunlight for a few hours; or 5) Use a clothing steamer.

Regarding cleaning, our area rugs are safe for the washing machine. For daily maintenance, simply vacuum or sweep the rug. When doing a more thorough clean, wash in cold water with a mild detergent, avoid using chlorine or bleach, and tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Please note that different batches of the same rug design may have slightly varying colors, which is normal. Additionally, the color you see on your screen may not perfectly match the actual rug due to differences in lighting and display settings.
